Information We Collect
We collect details that are needed for recruitment and visa coordination, including candidate name, phone, email, passport number, job interest, destination country, and uploaded documents.
How We Use Information
Information is used to process applications, review candidate suitability, contact applicants, prepare employer shortlists, coordinate visa files, and publish verified result documents when required.
Document Protection
Candidate files are stored in a private upload area. Public result PDFs are shown only when the admin team marks them as visible and the matching passport number is entered.
Data Accuracy
Applicants are responsible for submitting correct details. Incorrect names, passport numbers, or documents may delay processing or result verification.
Contact
For privacy or correction requests, contact Almarai Work through the Contact page or official WhatsApp number.
